Camera Access: The app requests access to your device's camera solely to scan topical anesthetic products for identification purposes. Images are processed locally on your device and are not transmitted, stored, or retained by CMEDCARE.
Product Recognition Data: Product names, labels, barcodes, and OCR-recognized text are processed only to identify the product and display the appropriate protocol. This information is not stored after recognition is completed.
Technical Information: Limited device information (such as device type, operating system version, app version, and language settings) may be used locally to ensure proper app functionality and compatibility. This information is not associated with your identity.
3. How We Use Information
Information processed by RALEOX™ is used solely to:
Identify topical anesthetic products.
Display the appropriate waiting time, ready time, and procedural guidance.
Operate and maintain the app.
Improve the reliability and functionality of the Services.
RALEOX™ does not use your information for advertising or marketing purposes.
4. Camera Access
The camera is used exclusively to scan topical anesthetic products.
Images are processed locally on your device for product recognition and are not uploaded, stored, retained, or shared by CMEDCARE.
5. Information Sharing
CMEDCARE does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.
Because RALEOX™ processes product recognition locally and does not retain user scan data, no scan images or recognition data are shared with third parties.
We may disclose information only if required by applicable law or valid legal process.

RALEOX™ does not use third-party services to process scan images, OCR text, barcode information, or other recognition data.
7. Data Retention
RALEOX™ is designed not to retain scanned images, OCR results, barcode information, or product recognition data after the recognition process is completed.
Because this information is not stored, there is generally no user recognition data to retain or delete.
8. Security
Although RALEOX™ minimizes data collection, we implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the integrity of the Services.
No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. Your Rights and Choices
You may control camera access at any time through your device's settings.
Since RALEOX™ does not store scan images or product recognition data, there is generally no stored recognition information associated with individual users.
